Check-In?
Check-in at Hotel Alpina begins at 2 p.m. However, if the room you have booked is already available, you are welcome to check in before 2 o’clock.

Check-Out?
Please vacate your room on departure day by 11 a.m. However, if you pay a late check-out charge of € 20, you are welcome to continue using the wellness area.

Reception Hours?
Our reception is staffed in summer from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and in winter from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Opening Hours of the Hotel Alpina SPA Area?
The wellness area is open for the enjoyment of our guests daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Also on your departure day, upon payment of a late-checkout charge of € 20 you are welcome to keep using it.

Dining
We treat our guests to a lavish breakfast buffet as well as a 4-course dinner selection, along with rotating theme-, dessert-, salad- and appetizer buffets. We also offer a vegetarian menu daily.

Accessibility
Our hotel offers a guest elevator. Should you encounter any accessibility issues in our hotel, our employees are always more than happy to assist.

Allergies
If you happen to be an allergy sufferer, we will be more than happy to provide you with hypoallergenic bedding. Our kitchen will also take into account any food intolerances you might have. Simply let us know in advance.

Dogs welcome!
We look forward to meeting every “family member” (pet charge: € 11 per day, food not included).

Reserve SPA treatments?
You are welcome to book your preferred pampering program either in the spa area itself, or at our hotel reception desk.
Our hotel will also be happy to make bookings for you at the Gastein Healing Gallery (incl. shuttle service).

Visiting the Gasteiner Therme?
You can pay for this at the reception, where they will give you a coupon which is valid for admission.

Services for all skiers and snowboarders?
We will be happy to issue a voucher for your ski pass, which you will then be able to pick up at the lift station. The charge will be added to your hotel bill, which you can pay at check-out.
Our ski shuttle runs twice every morning to the nearest lifts.

Storing sports equipment?
Store your ski equipment or mountain bike safely in our cellar storage area.

Guest parking at Hotel Alpina?
Parking areas for our guests are found right in front of the hotel and are, naturally, included in the price.
