Cancellation policy
For the summer season (May to end of November): Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received after this date, as well as no-shows and premature departures, will be billed at 100% of the full package price.
For the winter season (December to March/April), the following cancellation terms apply: No-penalty cancellation is possible up to 28 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations received up to 21 days prior to arrival are billed at 30%, up to 14 days prior to arrival at 50%, and up to 7 days prior to arrival at 70% of the complete package price. Cancellations received later, as well as no-shows and premature departures, will be billed at 100% of the full package price.

• From May 1, 2025, a mandatory fee of €0.50 per person per night will be charged for the 'Guest Mobility Ticket,' which allows free use of public transportation throughout Salzburg.
